三国全面战争孟获 www.ydfwz.icu Cuisine de Garden Bangkok serves playful cuisine inspired by nature. This set-menu-only restaurant combines interactive dining with interior design to give diners a memorable experience. The six-course menu has some real surprises in store. Every dish has been inspired by some aspect of nature – be it the ocean, a bird’s nest or the soil.
Located on Ekkamai Soi 2, it’s only a few hundred metres from busy Sukhumvit Road, but due to the evocative interior, you are whisked away to a surreal, forest-like setting once you step inside. Several bare tree trunks are placed throughout the dining room, and fairy lights – reminiscent of fireflies – hang over the bar.

Highlights at Cuisine de Garden Bangkok
At 1,590 baht, the taster menu of modern cuisine is fantastic value. You receive a total of six courses, four of which have options of meat or fish. Most of the ingredients used here come from Thailand, although some delicacies are brought in, such as the Hokkaido scallop.
A definite highlight of the menu is Soil – the name of the beef tartare dish. The beef is buried in charcoal ice cream and diners are asked to ‘dig’ to find the tender chunks of meat. Herb leaves are used to complete the effect.
The most famous course is Nest, an ‘onsen egg’, par-boiled and placed on a nest of fried rice noodles. A medley of mushrooms, diced chicken and truffle adds some depth to the dish. You are served the dish with the egg unopened, so you must crack it yourself and pour it out into the nest. There’s a sense of fun and adventure to every dish here.
To end the meal, a box is delivered to your table with what seems like a collection of smooth stones – in fact, some of them are chocolates but you have to find them for yourself.
Cuisine de Garden Bangkok is a real interactive experience and is just perfect for a date. There’s so much to talk about!
